Shipping policy

At Loststee, we ensure a smooth and reliable shipping process so you receive your orders on time.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after confirmation.
During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 working days.

2. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3-7 working days (depending on location).
Express Delivery: 1-3 working days (available in select areas, additional charges may apply).
Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 250 nationwide.
Express Delivery Fee: PKR 350 (available in select locations).
Free shipping may be available on orders exceeding a certain amount during special promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
You can track your order through the courier’s website using the provided tracking details.

5. Payment Methods

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer as payment options.
Customers opting for Bank Transfer can DM us on Instagram (@loststee.fits) or email support@loststee.com to get the payment details.
COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries & Order Cancellation

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make one more attempt before returning the parcel to us.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been dispatched.

7. Shipping Issues & Lost Parcels

Loststee is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
In case of a lost package, we will assist in tracking or reshipping the order if necessary.
