- Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after confirmation.
- During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 working days.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 working days (depending on location).
- Express Delivery: 1-3 working days (available in select areas, additional charges may apply).
- Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 250 nationwide.
- Express Delivery Fee: PKR 350 (available in select locations).
- Free shipping may be available on orders exceeding a certain amount during special promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
- You can track your order through the courier’s website using the provided tracking details.
5. Payment Methods
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer as payment options.
- Customers opting for Bank Transfer can DM us on Instagram (@loststee.fits) or email support@loststee.com to get the payment details.
- COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
6. Failed Deliveries & Order Cancellation
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make one more attempt before returning the parcel to us.
- Orders cannot be canceled after they have been dispatched.
7. Shipping Issues & Lost Parcels
- Loststee is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
- In case of a lost package, we will assist in tracking or reshipping the order if necessary.
