1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Size-related exchanges will require customers to pay the exchange fee, while defected or incorrect items will be replaced for free.
  • We do not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Customers can initiate an exchange via Instagram DM (@loststee.fits) or email (support@loststee.com).
  • Items must be returned using a secure courier service, and the exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the product.
  • A delivery fee of 350 PKR (standard exchange) or 550 PKR (rider pickup) applies to all non-defect-related exchanges.
  • For defected or incorrect products, we provide a free pickup and replacement.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 working days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service delays.
  • Loststee is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services.

4. Product Condition for Exchange

  • The product must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact).
  • Any item damaged due to customer use will not be eligible for exchange.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

6. Payment Methods

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer as payment options.
  • Customers opting for bank transfer must provide proof of payment before order processing.
