1. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Size-related exchanges will require customers to pay the exchange fee, while defected or incorrect items will be replaced for free.
- We do not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee.
2. Return & Exchange Process
- Customers can initiate an exchange via Instagram DM (@loststee.fits) or email (support@loststee.com).
- Items must be returned using a secure courier service, and the exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the product.
- A delivery fee of 350 PKR (standard exchange) or 550 PKR (rider pickup) applies to all non-defect-related exchanges.
- For defected or incorrect products, we provide a free pickup and replacement.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 working days.
- Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service delays.
- Loststee is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services.
4. Product Condition for Exchange
- The product must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact).
- Any item damaged due to customer use will not be eligible for exchange.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
6. Payment Methods
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer as payment options.
- Customers opting for bank transfer must provide proof of payment before order processing.
